Fabian Nelson, SFR

Fabian Nelson serves as the Principal Broker of Nelson Realty Group. He brings to Nelson Realty Group over 5 years of combined sales and customer service experience. Prior to joining Nelson Realty Group he worked for Keller Williams Realty. As Broker of Nelson Realty Group his job is to make sure that all of our clients are serviced to the best of our ability and that each client is provided with the unique experience that we aim to provide them with at Nelson Realty Group. Fabian currently holds an active Broker's license in the State of Mississippi. (B-19432) He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Mississippi Association of Realtors (MAR), and The Jackson Association of Realtors (JAR). Nelson proudly serves on the Grievance Committee of the Jackson Association of Realtors. William N Nelson III

Carl Rankin, an active MS real estates sales agent joins Nelson Realty Group, LLC with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. Before joining the team, Carl worked as an Acquisition Agent for Mississippi Department of Transportation, negotiating and acquiring residential and commercial property to build state highways.  One of Carl’s most rewarding experiences in the trade was working as Housing Counselor for the State of Louisiana Disaster Recovery Program, advising and coaching property owners whose homes were destroyed during the storms of hurricane Katrina and hurricane Rita on the Gulf Coast. Many homeowners’ property values increased significantly after the storm because of Carl hard work, dedication and concern for the cause of disaster recovery.
